Another Victoria Square Cache done

Today, we were passing through town and we managed to get another cache. We hadn’t been able to get the required info and photo when we were last in town with the Cubs. So today was the day and another one was knocked off

 

 

BC - Cub Challenge (Emergancy Services)

 Today, Golen Grove Cubs had a visit to the SA Ambulance Station at Parafield. This was apart of the BC Challenge and saw us complete all the requirements

Due to the number of groups who had contacted SA Ambulance about visits for the BC Challenge, they had arranged for a morning for a station to be open and allocated times to different groups of cubs to tour the venue. We managed to get a time and a number of our Cubs attended (along with a few parents). It was a great tour and we really appreciated the tour

 

I know the youth members all enjoyed it and gained something from the tour. 

 

 

Adelaide Foothills District Cub Swimming Carnival

Tonight, was the District’s Cub Swimming Carnival. While we had a small few attend the event, it was still a enjoyable night had by all. Although, it was probably a little cool. Overall, it wasn’t a bad night. The events were organized and the Cubs who attended had a great night

 

We came home via the city as we wanted to see the Christmas Lights in Victoria Square
