Today saw a number of the Cubs attend the Leadership Course at Hope Valley Scout Hall. It was an all-day affair and saw 30 plus Cubs from a variety of Cub Units around Adelaide.
The Cubs were split into Patrols, and were a mix of the groups who attended the day. As a result, all the Golden Grove Cubs were placed in different Patrols and this is actually a good thing. It pushes their comfort zones, as well as providing a learning experience – new people, new ideas, different ways of doing things. It can be a good learning experience all round
