After months of preparation, saw Scouting person and I head to Woodhouse (again). This time, it is for State Camp – for Cubs and Joeys.
Golden Grove Cubs were in a camp pack with Cubs and Joeys from Lones Scout Group, Alice Springs Scout Group and Penola Scout Group. Quite a diverse bunch really.
Today, scouting person and I went up early to start setting the campsite before the Cubs arrived. It was a long day, and when everyone arrived, it was utter chaos, we nailed it though!
We even had a Cub who was apart of the opening as well, which was ultra-exciting
Eventually we were able to get to bed and have some sleep before the activities started in ernest
