While on the way to the Vertical Reality activity today, we stopped off to do another cache in town. It was early, and being a Sunday, there were very few people around. This made it easier to do the cache. It was enjoyable being able to get there and actually spend time getting another cache.
Today, the Cub Unit went to Vertical
Reality for the end of term break up
It also counts towards some of the new badge work, in the re-vamped award scheme.
In particular, this comes under the Outdoor Skills Area badge work – Vertical.
While small numbers, it was a great couple of hours and I know that the youth members who were there enjoyed the challenge. They all did really well.
I am sure we will be doing this as a activity again and soon.
